Tania joined Herbert Mines in 2000 with generalist search experience, having worked with Muller & Associates and Skyron, boutique search firms focused on consumer services. Her earlier career she held roles in Sales and Hospitality.

Tania was educated in her homeland, South Africa, and currently resides in New York City.
